Let's be honest we all know that yes that people as being abusing welfare for a very longtime, and what gets me the most is that the government knows about and again they are to stupid the change the laws and regulation.

Don't get me wrong some people do need it and have no problems whit that, as long as it being proven that family or individual really can't work for severe illness or whatever the reason is if it was being proven by a Doctor but again a real Doctor the reason I said some Doctor's will signed anything for a few dollars.

Let me tell you about a true story that happen to me actually, One day I was talking to one of my neighbor’s  about welfare and that I people rather stay on welfare then go to work { all the knowing that he was on welfare assistance }, Well John { fictive name } said to me listen you get up in every morning for minimum wage get shit from your boss if your late barely making hands meet every month for food rent etc. etc., while you are busting you’re working I'm at home doing whatever I like go to bed whenever I like for almost the same money you’re getting, Plus all my dental for me and my family are covered at 100% while yours is probable  covered for 75 % also my rent is covered if I need something for the kids it's pays by the welfare system it could range from clothing to bedroom furniture so you see John said to me that’s why.

I look at him and I ask me yes but what about your pride John replied who give a f----k about the pride, If you people are stupid enough to work and pay for us so that's good whit me.

I was so piss at him even do he was right I just walk away and I could see a smile in His face. So whose fault is it really well {SURPRISE} it’s the Government again I would of never guess would you.

I know people that have being on welfare from generation to generation making more than me and you plus working under the table for an extra $500 to $ 1200. Per month EXTRA and no one can tell me otherwise I know that for a fact,

And if you ask are government why is it that way and why don't they stop it well the answer would be But we are by lowering their monthly income and forcing them to look for work and if they don't search for work we cut them off { MORONS }.

I'm sure that some of you Bloggers saw some people driving brand new cars and they are on welfare plus are government are so stupid that they even make them due Tax return every year and they don't even pay a cent during the year, NOW HOW STUPID IS THAT, MORE STUPID THEN THAT THEY WOULD PAY THEM AT TRIP AROUND THE WORLD ON US.

I understand that were not living in a perfect world but is there somebody in are government that as enough guts to change all that bull shit that’s going on, Maybe Canada would be a better place to live if they could stop all that abuse that’s being going on for more than a century  GOD PLEASE WAKE UP.

OK here we go suggestion BOX

1.     The Recipient as to have a medical paper signed by a Doctor chosen by health Canada or the welfare department.

2.     Not allowed to receive welfare for more than a period of one year.

3.     The recipient as to attend school to batter themselves and to get work placement help.

4.     Only allowed to attend school for not more than a period 3 years course and work placement help.

5.     A woman whit not more than 2 children should not get more than $200.00 per child if more 3 up not more than $ 50.00 dollars per child extra.

6.      RENT: should be paid directly to the land lord.

7.     Utilities: should be paid directly to HYDRO, or BELL, and ROGERS,

8.     FOOD STEMP: No money should be given in form of checks or cash, Food stamps should be calculated depending on the family size, the checks should be address to only one specifiques food store, The food stamp cannot be exchange for cash.

9.     TAX RETURN: No one receiving welfare should be allowed to do tax return, By not paying any Federal or Provincial tax it should be refuse.

I do believed that by having tighter regulation it would force people to find work, No excuses or exception should be accepted BY the social worker to get more money or longer grace period to stay on welfare, By doing this not alcohol and drugs can be purchase.
